Bear Grylls from Man Vs. Wild is FAKE! The Survival TV Show is fake!
More proof has surfaced to prove once again that Bear Grylls is fake! A recent video has surfaced on YouTube showing that Bear Grylls faked Man Vs. Wild in Hawaii.
The video shows that Bear Grylls star of hit TV Survival Series “Man vs. Wild” FAKED the episode at the Kilauea Volcano. Watch the above video and you will see Bear Grylls filming near a highway! He says he is in the “wild” and that all his shows are “real” but this is just more PROOF that Bear Grylls and Man vs. Wild are fake and that he is a liar!
Reports also in that Bear Grylls faked most of that entire episode!
I wonder how the Discovery Channel is going to react to such a tacky “real life” survival show.

really now its frickin Hawaii!
just how much “wild” land can there be there?
now ill just have to download the shows and see if the guy is preaching dangerous survival skills.
maybe its more about how to survive then actually putting his life at risk and to see what happens.
Nutpants

its me again and we dont care if they survive or not or if its fake or real but most of us out there want to see bear grylls do dangerous things and show us wat we could do in the wild and plus there has to be a part of survivorman thats fake…like in one episode he actually says that he is going to be alone except for his camera men. and in another he gets stuff from his car like foil..a cup…and other things, i mean who would think of bringing that?!?! and in another episode he finds a broom handle on a penisula in costa rica wats the chance of finding that there…o we were just walkin one day down a unhabited beach and spot a broom…its not like some1 is going to through a broom handle into the ocean and say “i hope some1 that is trying to survive just happens to see this by thier camp sight”

Every show on TV and VHS/DVD is fake. It’s filmed and edited, hence it’s not 100% “real”. Shots are selected, audio mixed, angles are carefully selected. Lighting is carefully selected. Watch the show because it’s entertaining, not because these guys are on the brink of death in the wild. Seriously, if you want a survival show that’s 100% real, go make your own. I think your egos are hurt because “your expectations” were not met. Wahhhh. Quit bottlefeeding and grow up. Turn off the TV, get your fat butt of the couch and go live in the wild.

Regarding Austin’s comments…
>>>and in another he gets stuff from his car like foil..a cup…and other things, i mean who would think of bringing that?!?! and in another episode he finds a broom handle on a penisula in costa rica wats the chance of finding that there…o we were just walkin one day down a unhabited beach and spot a broom
He usually starts with an odd collection of stuff that could have been in his possession given the scenario… a day lost day hiker… a stranded snow mobiler, etc. In the start of the show he outlines the scenario and he says that the producer picks the assortment of stuff. He does insist on his mult-tool (appears “always”) and an ax (generally when he is up in Canada in the cold).
As for the broom… stuff washes up on the beach all the time. Nothing that unual about finding a broom (made of wood or plastic, it would float).
On the larger issue, Bear’s show is definately exagerated. He appears to usually have a camera man… and it is not a secret. I’m sure the camera man is not eating bugs like Bear does. Bear will also do stupid stuff unnecessarily… like purposely jumping in a mucky, deep swamp. He does that to show how to survive an accidental situation… but I seriously doubt he would do that on purpose if knows he will be out in the wild for five more days and getting wet will jeapordize his real-life survival.
I like both show, but Survivorman is far better.

jumping into a frozen lake is fake??? comeon he’s awesome !!!

It’s not fake when he does that stuff, just “stupid show fake”. Meaning you wouldn’t really do that if you were “surviving”.

Stunt just at the start! L O L

Exactly.
But to show what to do he does some stuff not so smart

This is so stupid, honestly this makes me so mad. No one can recreate what would happen in a survival situation UNLESS THEY ARE IN A SURVIVAL SITUATION!!!! What is dangerous about him telling you that if you had to eat an animal, eat this and cook it well. Or hey, find string? You can use it. If you’re in a survival situation, you’re not gonna be mad that “Bear Grylls wasn’t really in Hawaii”. You’d already be dead anyways. Maybe some random scenario they created actually helps when you would die. Duh. Would you sleep in a sheep carcass skin to stay warm unless you were in real trouble? No. Would you eat a snake raw if you didn’t have to? No. So please deal with the fact that things may be made up but it’s to show you idiots what to do when you have no other options….i.e. google search is not an option. He’s charismatic, cool and entertaining. Deal with it or don’t watch! Just hope you never end up in Greenland with no food and a piece of string. I’ll know what to maybe try to do because I just enjoyed the flippin show.

You’re an idiot if you watch Man vs Wild for any other value than a good laugh. He is fake, his scenes are staged and fake, and the actual survival value to the show is next to none. Most people would be better off NOT watching what he does for real survival situations.
One example is when he “finds” A garbage bag and turns it into a flotation device to body-surf down rapids. Only 2minutes later you can SEE that he has a LARGE PFD under his hoodie that was never mentioned. Then after hes out the PFD is magically gone. No reference again.
- I am a qualified white water kayak and canoe instructor. As an EXPERT, I strongly recommend against using a found garbage bag to jump into any white water.

Bear was a member of the elite SAS - The British Special Forces which is rated #1 in the world. He sure didn’t fake that.

Bear does the show to help you in situations you might face. And the things he says are true have you bothered looking them up? what was said about the sulfur gas being fake because its transparent is bull. Sulfur isn’t transparent in open areas only in caves when its moist. He may stay in hotels but he doesn’t do the show for himself to survive or to put himself in danger its to assist the audience in survival.

People who believe Bear Grylls “survival” methods are teenagers and women who have never, ever, ever, been cold, wet, and lost by themselves in the wild.
