Bear Grylls is at it again with a new show starting off the new series of Man Vs Wild.
In the Pacific Island Bear Grylls gives himself an enema!
Why you may ask? He had dirty water and was thirsty!
The water Bear Grylls had was not drinkable so he had to give himself an Enema to rehydrate his body.
Luckily for most people this is a last resort, and people are not commonly giving themselves Enemas.
This makes sense: Bear regularly consumes all of his own bodily emissions. His ear wax alone can sustain him for a month. I understand his urine is highly prized by sheiks in Dubai as a rare delicacy.
